These terms govern your use of OpenGamma (the "Service", "we", "us"), based in India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
OpenGamma is a connector and web app that lets AI assistants you use (such as Claude, ChatGPT or other apps that support MCP) design and produce presentation files using your brand kits, photos and, optionally, documents in the Privacy Vault. You need your own account with the AI provider; its terms apply to your use of it.
You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and be at least 18 or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at shoumikgoswami@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
You keep all rights in the content you provide (documents, brand assets, photos, text) and in the decks produced for you. You give us a limited licence to host, process and transform that content only to operate the Service for you. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload, including photos of people and third-party logos.
Privacy Vault documents are encrypted in your browser; we cannot read them. If you lose both your passphrase and your recovery key, the vault's contents cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
Decks are generated with AI and may contain mistakes. Review them before relying on or sharing them. Stock images we suggest come from openly licensed sources; follow the credit shown with each image.
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload our systems, resell the Service without our permission, or create content that is unlawful, harassing or deceptive. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, and back it up regularly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service we will give reasonable notice so you can download your decks.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 4, 9 and 10) do.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
We'll post changes here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
